By accessing or using the Olukhana platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Olukhana reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update such information as necessary. Olukhana reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or outdated.

Olukhana allows users to create, promote, and attend events. Event creators are responsible for ensuring that their events comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Olukhana is not responsible for the conduct of any event, its organizers, or attendees. When purchasing tickets to an event, you agree to abide by the event organizer's terms and policies.

Olukhana offers various payment methods, including M-Pesa and bank transfers. By making a payment through the Platform, you authorize us to charge the amount specified to your selected payment method. Refund policies are set by event organizers, not Olukhana. Please review the refund policy for each event before making a purchase. Processing fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

The Platform and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Olukhana and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Olukhana.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olukhana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. In no event shall Olukhana's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to Olukhana during the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
