Events
To create an event on Olukhanaa, log in to your account, click on "Create Event" from the dashboard and fill in the required details like event name, date, time, location, and ticket information. You can also add images, descriptions and customize your event page before publishing it.
Yes, you can edit most details of your event after publishing. Log in to your account, go to "My Events," select the event you want to modify and click "Edit Event." However, certain changes may be restricted once tickets have been sold.
To cancel or postpone an event, go to your event dashboard, select the event and choose the appropriate option. You', ll, need to provide a reason and decide how to handle existing ticket sales. We recommend giving attendees as much notice as possible and clearly communicating any changes.
You can contact the event organizer directly from the event page by clicking on the "Contact Organizer" button. This will allow you to send a message to the organizer, who will receive it via email and can respond to your inquiry.
Olukhanaa supports a wide range of events, including music festivals, conferences, workshops, cultural celebrations, art exhibitions, community gatherings and more. We welcome all legal events that align with our community guidelines.
There is no platform limit to the number of attendees your event can have. You can set your own capacity limit based on your venue and requirements. For very large events (10,000+ attendees), we recommend contacting our support team for additional assistance.
Payments
Olukhanaa supports multiple payment methods, including M-Pesa mobile payments, bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. The available payment options may vary depending on your country and the event organizer', s, preferences.
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Before purchasing tickets, please review the specific refund policy for the event, which can be found on the event page. If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will typically be eligible for a full refund.
Olukhanaa charges a service fee of 5% plus a fixed fee per ticket sold. Organizers can choose to absorb these fees or pass them on to attendees. Payment processing fees may also apply depending on the payment method used.
Tickets
Yes, in most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. Go to "My Tickets" in your account, select the ticket you want to transfer and choose the "Transfer Ticket" option. You', ll, need to provide the recipient, 's email address or phone number.
Don', t, worry. You can access your tickets at any time by logging into your Olukhanaa account and going to "My Tickets." From there, you can download or email your tickets again. If you purchased without an account, you can retrieve your tickets using the email address and order reference number from your confirmation.
Account
To reset your password, click on "Login," then "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we', ll, send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
To delete your account, go to "Account Settings," scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Delete Account." Please note that this action cannot be undone and will permanently remove all your data from our platform.
Marketing
Olukhanaa offers various promotional tools, including social media integration, custom event pages, email marketing features, affiliate programs and promotional codes. Premium users can also access enhanced marketing features like featured event placement and audience targeting.
Privacy
We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We only use your data as described in our Privacy Policy and do not sell your personal information to third parties. You can manage your privacy preferences in your account settings.
